3. Registration & Payment

• Sign up via our contact page or by emailing us.
• All prices are in CHF and include VAT.
• Payment accepted by bank transfer or online after confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Full refund available up to 48h before the scheduled session.

• Within 24h: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24h: no refund, but a one-time reschedule is offered.
• Digital materials: non-refundable once accessed, except for technical issues.
